Christmas is coming!

And many people may eat much and grow fatter gradually.

So how can we still keep charming and enjoy this holiday?

First,drink soup or a cut of water.As they can strengthen your feeling of fullness.,you won’t eat much staple food and won’t intake high calories.

Second,eat selectively.A light instead  heavy diet is advised.That is you’d better eat more  fruits,vegetables rather than meals.

Next,eat slowly rather than rapidly as it is not good for digestion.

At last,don’t sit so long to watchTV.Keep doing excises every day.
